Company History
Craig Preston Contract Builder started out in 1992 and since then has consolidated to form a reliable and recognised Company advocating "Quality Without Compromise". Craig has successfully coordinated and overseen a team of quality trades people and subcontractors either from his office or on site, however he still supports and personally trains apprentices. We advertise ourselves as "more than just builders" as we provide service and quality, to which our many happy clients have testified. We have put together a team of contractors who share our attitudes and respect that we are in fact building your home, not just a house.
Building Areas
Our general building area encompasses the St George and Sutherland Shires and the Easter Suburbs of Sydney. Construction outside these areas is considered on a client-by-client basis.

We can provide concepts, drafting and Architectural services or use your prepared plans, either way your dream will develop with us. First Floor Additions We specialise in sympathetic yet individual additions to an existing residence in a way that ensures minimal impact on your lifestyle while living in your home. We aim to provide a comfortable existence while your dreams expand. Major Renovations We are able to create a marriage between old and new to form an entirely new home through major alterations and additions. Structurally and aesthetically through finishes, from beginning to end you will be amazed at how the transformation that may not be always evident from the street will excite the sensors. Sometimes our major renovations may not alter the external structure of your home. However external finishes and the new additions create a whole new street appeal. Consider the extensive changes inside: new kitchen, new bathrooms, open-plan living areas, or a complete layout restructure, and you now have your dreams in your familiar home. Drafting Services If your ideas haven’t already been transposed to paper then we are more than happy to coordinate this service for you and develop your concepts to provide accurate quoting.
Architectural & Engineering Services
Using an architect will achieve a unique and individual home, incorporating design trends and influences unique to your requirements. Our architects can design the project, produce the relevant documentation for council and can also assist in the administration of the construction.

We offer a service whereby Julie is able to provide you with concepts on all your interior design needs, be it floor plans, kitchen and bathroom layouts through to electrical schedules, lighting and colour schemes.
Surveying and Professional Services
Whether it be: a simple site contour survey, a site classification, or should you be faced with other challenges such as: Excessive ground water, Sewer location or retention, Stormwater relocation or retention requirements, etc. Craig Preston Contract Builder can out source professional services and compile the required documentation and reports, which are necessary to achieve authority approval. |
